All Aboard!

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 30 August 2026

This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile game All Aboard! (Android package com.allaboard.game), published by Elsy Solutions LLC (“Elsy Solutions”, “we”, “us”). It is a public page for Google Play and Apple App Store listings.

Operator: Elsy Solutions LLC, Tampa, Florida, United States. Contact: chamara@elsysolutions.com.

The website policy for elsysolutions.com and Elsy Social Publisher is separate: elsysolutions.com/privacy-policy.

1. What the game is

All Aboard! is a bus-and-passenger sorting puzzle. You play without creating an account. We do not ask for your name, email, phone number, or payment card inside the game today.

2. Information stored on your device

Progress is saved locally on the device (level unlocks, stars, coins, tickets, cosmetic bus skins, sound/music/haptics settings, and a flag if ads have been removed). That file never leaves the device unless you back the device up yourself. Uninstalling the app deletes it.

We do not run a player account system or a cloud save. There is no player database on our servers.

3. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The game can show rewarded video ads (for example, double coins after a win, or an extra bench after a fail). Ads are served by Google AdMob (Google LLC / Google Ireland Limited), via the Poing AdMob plugin for Godot.

When an ad is requested or shown, Google and its advertising partners may collect or infer:

  • Advertising ID (Android Advertising ID / IDFA on iOS, if available and not reset or limited)
  • IP address and approximate location derived from it
  • Device and app identifiers, OS version, device model, locale, and network type
  • Ad performance data (impressions, clicks, whether a reward was earned)
  • Diagnostic data needed to serve and measure ads

We use this only to show ads and measure that they filled. We do not sell your information and we do not use ad data to contact you.

Google’s policies: Google Privacy Policy and AdMob & privacy.

In regions that require it (including the EEA, UK, and Switzerland), we will present Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) consent form before personalized ads. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in the device settings, or use “Limit Ad Tracking” / “Opt out of Ads Personalization”.

4. What we do not collect ourselves

  • No email, name, or login
  • No contacts, photos, microphone, camera, or precise GPS
  • No first-party analytics server and no Firebase / Adjust / AppsFlyer in the current build
  • No in-app purchases in the current build (store billing is not live)

If we later add our own analytics, in-app purchases, or cloud features, we will update this page and the store Data safety / privacy labels before that version ships. Those systems, if added, would use an anonymous install ID, not your real name, and would keep raw events for about 90 days.

5. Permissions

The Android build uses the internet permission so ads can load. We do not request contacts, location, storage of your photos, or other sensitive permissions.

6. Sharing

We share information only as needed to run the game:

  • Google AdMob and its mediation / measurement partners, to serve ads
  • Google Play / Apple, as required to distribute the app
  • If required by law, or to protect Elsy Solutions and players from abuse

We do not sell personal information.

7. Retention

  • On-device save: until you uninstall the app or clear its data.
  • Ads: retained by Google under Google’s own policies. We do not keep a copy of your advertising ID.
  • Support email: if you write to us, we keep the message long enough to answer it, typically under 12 months, unless we must keep it for legal reasons.

8. Your choices

  • Uninstall the app to delete the local save.
  • Reset or delete your advertising ID in Android or iOS settings.
  • Skip rewarded ads. They are optional; the game is playable without watching them.
  • Email us to ask what, if anything, we hold about you. Today that is usually only a support email you sent, because gameplay data is on your device only.

Residents of the EEA, UK, Switzerland, and similar jurisdictions may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing, and to object to certain processing. California residents may have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including to know and delete. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those laws define “sale” or “share” by us — ad personalization, if any, is performed by Google after consent or as allowed by law.

9. Children

All Aboard! is for a general audience, age 13 and older. It is not directed at children under 13 and is not part of Google Play’s Designed for Families programme or the Apple Kids Category. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, email us and we will delete what we can.

10. International transfers

Elsy Solutions is in the United States. Google may process ad data in the United States and other countries. If you play from the EEA or UK, that processing is under Google’s terms and any consent you give on the UMP form.

11. Changes

We may update this policy when the game’s data practices change. The “Last updated” date at the top will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
