These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of elsysolutions.com and related Elsy Solutions services, including Elsy Social Publisher. By using the site or the publisher, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our services

Elsy Solutions provides custom software development, web and e-commerce work, and related consulting. Elsy Social Publisher is a business tool we use to compose, schedule, and publish content to Facebook Pages and Instagram professional accounts that we (or an authorized client) administer. It is not a consumer social network and is not offered as a public posting platform for arbitrary personal profiles.

2. Website use

Do not misuse the site (for example, attempting to break security, scrape at abusive volume, or submit spam).
Information on the site is for general description of our work. Project terms, if any, are set in a separate proposal or contract.
Contact-form submissions must be accurate and sent by someone authorized to contact us about that matter.

3. Elsy Social Publisher

Use of Facebook or Instagram through the publisher is also subject to Meta’s terms, including the Meta Platform Terms and any Page/Instagram professional-account rules.
We only publish to Pages and linked Instagram professional accounts the connected user is allowed to manage.
You are responsible for the captions, images, and links you ask us to publish, including that you have the rights to that content and that it complies with applicable law and Meta policies.
Meta may delay, reject, or limit API publishing. We are not liable for Meta platform outages, review decisions, or changes to their APIs.

4. Intellectual property

Site design, copy, and the Elsy Solutions name and mark are owned by Elsy Solutions LLC or our licensors. Client work product is handled under the applicable project agreement.

5. Privacy

How we collect and use information is described in our Privacy Policy. Facebook-connected data can be removed by following User Data Deletion.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The website is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elsy Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or the publisher. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Florida or other applicable law.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Florida have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
