This Privacy Policy explains how Elsy Solutions LLC (“Elsy Solutions”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit elsysolutions.com and when you use Elsy Social Publisher, our internal tool for scheduling and publishing content to Facebook Pages and Instagram professional accounts that we manage.

1. Information we collect

Website

When you use our website or contact forms, we may collect:

Name, email address, phone number, and the message you send us
Technical data such as IP address, browser type, device, and pages visited
Cookies and similar technologies used for site function, security, and analytics

Elsy Social Publisher (Facebook and Instagram)

When someone connects Facebook Login for Business to Elsy Social Publisher, we may receive and store:

Facebook user ID and name of the person who authorized the app
List of Facebook Pages they manage, including Page ID and Page name
Page access tokens needed to publish as those Pages
Instagram professional account IDs and usernames linked to those Pages
Captions, image URLs, scheduled times, and resulting Facebook/Instagram post IDs that we create
Publish status and error messages returned by Meta’s APIs

We do not request access to personal Facebook profiles, personal photo libraries, Messenger conversations, friends lists, or Pages we do not manage. We publish only as a Facebook Page (and its linked Instagram professional account), never as a personal timeline.

2. How we use Facebook and Instagram data

We use Meta platform data only to:

Show the Pages and linked Instagram accounts the authorized user can publish to
Create, schedule, and publish posts to those assets on our behalf
Record whether a post succeeded or failed so we can retry or fix errors
Maintain and secure the publisher (authentication, token refresh, audit of our own activity)

We do not sell this data. We do not use it to build advertising audiences, to scrape public Page content, or to contact people who follow our Pages through this app.

3. Sharing

We share information only as needed to operate the service:

With Meta (Facebook and Instagram) when we call their Graph APIs to list Pages or publish posts
With hosting, email, and infrastructure providers that process data on our instructions
If required by law, or to protect the security of Elsy Solutions and our clients

We do not sell, rent, or share Facebook or Instagram data with unrelated third parties for their marketing.

4. Retention

Connection tokens and Page/Instagram identifiers are kept while the channel remains connected and we still need them to publish. Post records (caption, image URLs, remote post IDs, status) are kept for our internal publishing history. When you disconnect the app or submit a deletion request, we delete or de-identify the related Facebook/Instagram data as described on our User Data Deletion page, typically within 30 days, unless we must keep a limited record for security or legal reasons.

5. Your choices

You can disconnect Elsy Social Publisher from Facebook: Facebook Settings → Apps and websites.
You can ask us to delete data we stored from Facebook Login. See User Data Deletion.
You can contact us to access, correct, or object to processing of personal data we hold about you.

6. Cookies

Our website may use essential cookies for security and session handling, and optional analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

7. Children

Our website and Elsy Social Publisher are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the applicable age in your country).

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site or the publisher after an update means you accept the revised policy.
