This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile game Picture Puzzle (Android package com.stillroom.game), published by Elsy Solutions LLC (“Elsy Solutions”, “we”, “us”). It is a public page for the Google Play listing.

1. What the game is

Picture Puzzle is an offline picture-puzzle game. You play without creating an account. The current version does not connect to the internet. We do not ask for your name, email, phone number, or payment card.

2. Information stored on your device

The game saves the following on the phone itself:

Which pictures you have finished, and any picture you have marked as a favorite
The puzzle you are in the middle of
Whether you are playing Relaxed or Challenge
Music, sound, and vibration settings

That information stays on the device. We do not receive a copy. We do not run a player account system, a cloud save, or a player database.

If Android backup is turned on for this phone, Google’s backup of the device may include the app’s local save. Uninstalling the app, or clearing its storage, deletes the save from the phone.

3. Advertising and analytics

The current version does not include an advertising SDK, analytics SDK, or crash-reporting SDK. It does not use Google AdMob, Firebase, or a similar service. A reserved area in the interface may show the word “Ad”. That area does not contact an ad network and does not collect information.

If a later version adds advertising or analytics, we will update this page and the Play Data safety form before that version is released.

4. What we do not collect

No email, name, or login
No contacts, photos, microphone, camera, or location
No advertising ID
No in-app purchases in the current version

If you email us for support, we receive whatever you put in that email. We use it to answer you.

5. Permissions

The Android build may use the vibration permission so a setting can vibrate the phone. It does not request internet, contacts, location, camera, microphone, or access to your photos.

6. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We do not share gameplay data, because we do not receive it. Google Play distributes the app under Google’s own terms. We may disclose information if the law requires it. Today the only information we would hold is a support email you chose to send.

7. Retention

On-device save: until you uninstall the app or clear its data.
Support email: long enough to answer it, typically under 12 months, unless we must keep it for a legal reason.

8. Your choices

Uninstall the app, or clear its storage, to delete the local save.
Turn Android backup off if you do not want the device backup to include the save.
Email us to ask what we hold. For this game, that is usually only a support email you sent.

Residents of the EEA, UK, Switzerland, and similar places may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict personal information, and to object to certain processing. California residents may have rights under the CCPA/CPRA to know and to delete. We do not sell or share personal information.

9. Children

Picture Puzzle is a general-audience game. It is not directed at children under 13, and it is not in Google Play’s Designed for Families program. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The current version does not collect personal information from anyone.

10. Changes

We will update this policy if the game’s data practices change. The date at the top will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
