These terms apply to the mobile game Picture Puzzle (Android package com.stillroom.game), published by Elsy Solutions LLC (“Elsy Solutions”, “we”). By installing or playing the game, you agree to these terms.

1. The game

Picture Puzzle is an offline picture-puzzle game. You do not need an account. The current version has no in-app purchases. Progress is stored on your device. We are not responsible for a save lost because the app was uninstalled, the phone was reset, or device storage was cleared.

2. License

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and play the game on devices you own or control, for your own entertainment. You may not sell, rent, copy, or redistribute the game or its pictures, except where the law does not allow this limit.

3. Acceptable use

  • Do not break, reverse engineer, or tamper with the game except where applicable law allows it.
  • Do not use the game to infringe someone else’s rights.
  • Pictures in the game are for playing the puzzle. They are not a license to reuse those images elsewhere.

4. Privacy

How the game handles information is described in the Picture Puzzle privacy policy.

5. Disclaimer and liability

The game is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elsy Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from using or being unable to use the game. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Florida or other applicable law.

6. Changes and ending the license

We may update the game or these terms. The date at the top will change when the terms change. You can stop using the game at any time by uninstalling it. We may stop offering the game.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Florida have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
